The location of this Bali villa is also convenient to the main shopping malls and tourists attractions including Waterbom Park. In addition, Seminyak and the nearby Petitenget area boast number of fine dining including the famous Ku De Ta, La Lucciola, Hu’u Restaurants and many others. You could also opt to enjoy fabulous dining at the local warung eateries available near the villa. The nearby places of interests including the spectacular Greg Norman’s Nirwana Bali Golf Course and the magical Tanah Lot Temple as well as Umalas Equestrian Centre. It also has an excellent gateway to the island through Sunset Road and By Pass road.

Named after the daughter of a famous architect, Villa Joss comprises four bedroom suites set in a two-storey sleeping pavilion. Villa Joss is beautifully designed and decorated with recycled teak and other organic materials, remarkable collection of fine art and Majapahit period stone carvings and is delighted with original and rare paintings from across Indonesia. The four bedroom suites are divided into Master Bedroom Suite and Joss Bedroom Suite located on the ground floor. Those suites are furnished with polished teak floors and sliding glass doors open onto a covered terrace beside the swimming pool. Those ground floor suites come with king size bedding. Other Mount Agung and Batubelig Suites are located upstairs. The upstairs master bedroom villa, Mount Agung Suite is fitted with a king size bed with matching cushioned bench. While another Batu Belig Suite comes with twin bedding configuration, the balcony is also furnished with comfy upholstered sofa and chairs, a perfect spot to enjoy the magnificent views of the greenery and rooftops of Batu Belig Village. Both upstairs suites feature sliding glass doors open onto its private balcony.

There is a dedicated team of staffs ready to fulfill your every need including a chef and two butlers ready to prepare food and beverage as well as accommodating your request. They are excellent in preparing anything from snacks to five-course dinners with an array of dishes. There is also a spa service offering a refreshing Balinese massage in the privacy of your villa or garden.
