- Special discount rates features on the 1-Bali villas dot com is valid for booking made through our company ONLY.
- Rates displayed for low, high and peak seasons periods are different from one Bali villa to another.
- All bookings shall be guaranteed by credit card to secure the booking. The credit card will be charged if the booking for your Bali villa is CONFIRMED.
- If the booking for your Bali villa has been CONFIRMED, a villa VOUCHER will be emailed to your email address and the copy of the voucher will be faxed to the villa.
- Rates are DISPLAYED in US Dollar and will be CONVERTED into INDONESIA RUPIAH (IDR) when CHARGING your credit card.
- All Rates for Bali Villas are NET, including tax and service charges.
- NO HIDDEN FEES or BOOKING FEES will be APPLIED.
- Cancellation fee and no show fee will be according to the Bali villa property regulation and this will apply to all confirmed bookings.
- EARLY DEPARTURE or EARLY CHECK OUT from your Bali villa WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- All refund for cancellation and or no show fee will be credit to the existing credit card and will be charge additional administration fee of 3% administration
