1. 1-Bali Villas dot com is a booking agent for all listed villas on the directory
2. Special discount rates features on the 1-Bali villas dot com is valid for booking made through our company ONLY.
3. Rates displayed for low, high and peak seasons periods are different from one Bali villa to another.
4. All bookings shall be guaranteed by credit card to secure the booking. The credit card will be charged if the booking for your Bali villa is CONFIRMED.
5. If the booking for your Bali villa has been CONFIRMED, a villa VOUCHER will be emailed to your email address and the copy of the voucher will be faxed to the villa.
6. Rates are DISPLAYED in US Dollar and will be CONVERTED into INDONESIA RUPIAH (IDR) when CHARGING your credit card.
7. All Rates for Bali Villas are NET, including tax and service charges.
8. NO HIDDEN FEES or BOOKING FEES will be APPLIED.
9. Cancellation fee and no show fee will be according to the Bali villa property regulation and this will apply to all confirmed bookings.
10. EARLY DEPARTURE or EARLY CHECK OUT from your Bali villa WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
11. All refund for cancellation and or no show  fee will be credit to the existing credit card and will be charge additional administration fee of  3% administration
